VEGAN PROTEIN BROWNIES
HOMEMADE BROWNIES+PROTEIN = REPS!
Ingredients You'll Need: 1 2/3 cups of Banana Puree (or 3 medium/ large bananas) , 1 cup of Creamy Almond or Peanut Butter, 1/3 cup of Cocoa Powder, 2 scoops of Protein Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder, 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Soda
Optional: 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon, Pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, 1/4 cup of Berries
LET'S BEGIN
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Line and 8x8 square baking tray
Add all ingredients into a large- sized mixing bowl & mix until well combined
Pour the brownie batter into tray and smooth the surface with a spoon or spatula
Optional: scatter some berries or other toppings of your choice on top & lightly press them into the surface
Bake for 18-23 minutes
If you insert a toothpick in the middle, there should only be a tiny amount of crumbs and no wet batter
Let brownies cool down for 5-8 minutes. Cut into 9 large pieces or as desired! Leftover brownies can be stored in the fridge for 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month
